At JACK Cleveland, I completely overhauled our tournament product to exceed revenue goals and remain within budgetary guidelines departmentally, but also created added value by bringing in high value guests through product design. I am responsible for leading JACK Cleveland Poker marketing, including, but not limited to: creating and placing external advertisements to increase both market penetration and development; working with our marketing department on creating and placing in-house displays; working with prominent 3rd parties in the industry including Bravo, Poker Atlas, Card Player, and others, to communicate tournaments and promotions to potential guests; and leading JACK Cleveland Poker social media accounts to increase reach. I successfully worked closely with numerous departments and 3rd party vendors to plan and seamlessly execute several major events, including the first ever poker tournament in an Ohio casino with a prize pool in excess of $1,000,000, resulting in record setting revue. I am responsible for ensuring JACK policies and procedures are compliant with federal, state, and local laws as well as the generally accepted Tournament Director’s Association procedures. I have trained all staff, including dealers and tournament team, on proper tournament procedures to ensure operational integrity, protect company assets, and improve customer service.

As ASM at Wynn Las Vegas I oversaw poker operations over the course of a shift when acting as shift manager to ensure service standards and protect company assets while working closely with other departments. When assigned to private high stakes gaming salons, I acted as host to high value guests. I led, supervised, and supported poker team members to ensure both exemplary service and operational / game integrity. I was responsible for managing staffing levels and deciding game spread to maximize operational efficiency and revenue.

As a dual-rate high limit poker supervisor at Aria, I successfully supervised and supported our poker team members to ensure exemplary service in addition to operational and game integrity. When assigned to the exclusive Table 1, I acted as host to high value guests. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to: resolving guest concerns and making decisions on games in a fast and professional manner; conducting player transactions including chip verifications, withdrawals and deposits to player accounts, and large cash/chip transactions that were at times in excess of $10M; monitoring poker room revenue; and overseeing seating and controlling lists.
