Us Home Aggregation

I created from scratch an inspection application called USHA Mobile App. It was designed to have inspectors go into homes to inspect and estimate what work needs to be done to a home, room by room and globally on the property. It ties into US Home’s Home Depot account via API to automatically update pricing for materials needed and allows for updating of labor prices in multiple types of measures i.e. sqrt ft, lineal ft, number of items, etc. It needed to be a simple, user-friendly interface as the users are typically not sophisticated tech users out in the field on various Android handheld devices and they are time constrained. The basic users are assigned addresses or regions defined by their access level or position permissions and then they have access to inspect, photo and insert unit numbers or measurements and pricing for that scope item is automatically calculated. Based on the user's inputs the App creates a master spreadsheet for that home. A full scope of work, purchase orders, estimates and costing are all automatically created and stored in Dropbox accessible to authorized users to review or update at any time. The app stays connected with Dropbox via API so that users can upload, edit and reupload homes constantly.
