I served as the primary point of contact for clients by working closely with all sales representatives. I was also able to utilize CRM and Archtics software programs to daily manage client interaction and data. Finally, I built lasting relationships with clients through face-to-face interaction and over the telephone.

I completed sales calls to obtain more business and met with season ticket holders to provide excellent customer services. I also utilized the skills necessary in working with executive management and front-line associates.
