• Executes the processes, organizes people and activities to resolve client problems quickly and thoroughly.
• Locates and secures the appropriate internal resources and subject matter experts to advance the client relationships.

• Manage a defined territory consisting of existing clients.
• Work with existing clients to purchase and utilize existing and expanding software and service solutions.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.Cultivate future projects and qualifies new opportunities by meeting with clients on a regular basis.
• Regularly gain access to the appropriate executives in the client’s organization.
• Establish rapport, credibility, trust and confidence with others (both internal and external) on a business and personal level.
