I am a partner at Martin Law and have concentrated my practice in the area of workers' compensation since 1992, and I have exclusively represented injured workers in workers' compensation litigation since 1997. Prior to joining the firm, I defended workers’ compensation claims for insurance carriers and employers. In addition to the litigating workers' compensation claims for over 30 years, I have testified before the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and lectured extensively on workers' compensation matters. I have presented lectures on workers’ compensation and Social Security disability to the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Bucks County Bar Association. I am an active member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Bucks County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, American Association for Justice and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group. I have served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Serenity House, a non-profit, charitably funded hospice care group. Since 2010 I have sat on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and am the past Chair of its Workers' Compensation section. I have recently been appointed by the NFL and NHL players associations to represent the injured athletes. Outside of the law office, I enjoy long distance swimming, skiing, fly fishing and spending time in the Adirondacks.
