My duty as an Office of Policy & Evaluation Lead will be to assist the Deputy Field Support Center Director for Teaching and Learning and the Academic Support Field Manager in supporting coherence and alignment in relation to academic policies and systems, instructional planning and programming, New York State and city assessment practices, and the understanding and use of school performance data. The Office of Policy and Evaluation exists within the Division of Teaching and Learning, and includes oversight of Academic Policy and Systems, Assessment and School Performance. The guiding principle of this role is that effective guidance and training on policy implementation increases academic rigor and improves the postsecondary outcomes of students.

Ensure the stability and successful implementation of the iLearnNYC Learning Environment to all stakeholders. Oversee the maintenance and support for online courses offered across 16 vendors within the D2L BrightSpace LMS. Work closely with iZone Implementation Managers to support over 300 schools.

Work with School Leadership to develop a vision, mission, and goals related to their stake in the iLearnNYC program. As an Implementation Manager, it is my responsibility to ensure that schools have the support and skill set needed to provide a successful and cohesive e-Learning platform for their students.
