Responsible for planning, integration, and execution of projects under my supervision. This includes but is not limited to the creation and negotiation of quotes, constant communication and building a relationship with clients and material suppliers, creating and managing budgets, expenses, and schedules, administrative assistant tasks, organizing and equipping sub-contractors, the creation of administrative and operational forms/documents, managing process, and logistics to import/export materials, reporting regular updates, give training, take notes during team meetings. The role required the following skills: flexibility, multitask, problem-solving, close attention to detail, meeting the expectations of the clients and the goals of the immediate boss, working well under pressure, responsibility, organization/planification, honesty, efficiency, leadership, teamwork and time management.

The Professional Internship was carried out in order to become familiar with the relationships that the architect must establish, both with professionals from disciplines related to the profession, as well as with the municipal authorities and the laws that concern the architect. I actively participated to obtain the necessary knowledge in the areas of construction supervision, procedures, regulations and customer relations.

The Professional Internship was completed in order to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the university level academic period. I worked as a draftsman assisting with the development of designs and architectural plans in the design department.
