I have excellent computer skills and have previously used a wide variety of databases and other software. I have created and implemented simple and effective accounting systems using Excel and improved business presentation with up to date and consistent marketing materials using Word and Publisher. Customer service and interacting with others is one of my greater strengths as I enjoy assisting others to achieve their desired goals. I have increased client enrolment and retention by building and maintaining rapport with new and previous customers and clientele. Furthermore, I have improved relationships with many pre-existing employers by keeping track of placements and providing appropriate follow up of placements. Contributed greatly to the enhancement of the business or organisation by increasing the conversion rate from quotes to jobs through follow up calls, decreasing the number of outstanding customer accounts due to accurate record keeping and follow up with customers, increasing business income/profit due to all of the above, utilising my sales skills to sell more programs and products than in previous times, increased client enrolment and retention, and upskilled staff to ensure maintained momentum of the above. My keen eye and attention to detail has also allowed me to increase the number of employers/job seeker matches in the database, improve database and file integrity, and carry out a variety of roles at any one time to ensure the ongoing success of the business/organisation. I enjoy a varied workload and can work within a team or autonomously.
