Maintaining company image and reputation, problem solving, basic complaint handling, key holding, money handling, customer service and member communication.

Part of the billing team who ensured the correct billing of Council Tax accounts within the Swindon area, working from an indexing database system. Duties were primarily computer based, through email and letters; also required the use of telephone communication. My role also required me to attend court summons sessions once a month to speak to people who have failed to maintain their payments. Communication skills were essential for this role - written, verbal and face-to-face.

Next Generation - Swindon Sport & Fitness Centre.Surveying the pool area, minimizing the risk of danger to customers, maintaining cleanliness of the pool area, ensuring acceptable pH and chlorine levels, interacting with customers and other team members.

Data entry, basic administrative work, tidying/cleaning, compiling receipts, recording payments and maintaining account files, key holder, basic banking, patient/practice interaction and upholding confidentiality.

Maintaining stock levels and shop floor appearance, conducting transactions, customer service and interaction.
