JOSEPHINE Oladele is a Nigerian youth leader with over 5 years of experience leading social change across Africa via advocacy for girls' empowerment and general well-being. Josephine is skilled in advocacy, leadership, writing, communications, project management, and community engagement. Her writing skills gave her an edge in reaching out to the world, she has published several books with Every Girl as her bestseller.She has led a number of online and physical projects aimed at educating and empowering girls. She and her team also wrote a book “Menstruation and Hygiene” to make the monthlies easier for every girl child.Josephine recognizes the power of storytelling and how it can influence social change. To expand her lobbying work, she formed The Fountain Writer. This thriving online community brings together writers who use their pens to improve the world. Josephine is committed to social impact, SDG 4 goals, youth leadership, girl child empowerment, and writing. She believes every girl was born as a clean slate, with no manual and they walk with the words instilled in them.
