• Work with Alpha Assembly Solution integration team to transfer Kester product line to Alpha Asia facilities after Kester acquisition by Element Solution Inc. (ESI) in Dec 2019• Support marketing, sales, and technical support engineer teams in Asia to complete Kester products requalify at customer site after transferred productions• Work with Alpha Assembly Solution Asia sales team for key accounts business such as Xilinx, Actron, Garmin, Liteon, etc. • Interfacing with Alpha commercial team and supply chain team for customer complain, troubleshooting, process improvement, customer requirements, etc. when necessary• Support Alpha Asia supply chain team to transfer key product line to the facility which assign by customers

• Demonstrating technical expertise in the Electronic Assembly/ Package industry to interface with key customers at all levels of management• Working closely with Asia Kester Territory Technical Support Engineers, Sales, and 3rd party sales reps to maintain and develop current and future material products business• Identifying new product or customer opportunities for Kester based on differentiation valued by the user and entering these ideas into the Kester develop process• Interfacing with Kester R&D in Itasca (US), sales and customers for new material development. Success launched 4 products within 5 years in the market.• Working closely with Global Marketing Team to participate the trade show, seminar, etc.

• Working closely with Global Key Accounts (customers) of Solar market to develop current and future materials in PV market such as CSI, Trina, JA Solar, LG Solar, Qcell, etc. • Working closely with Global Key Accounts Manager of EMS to maintain and develop current and future materials for customer base in Asia such as Foxconn, flex, Jabil, etc.• Identifying new product or customer opportunities for Kester based on differentiation valued by the user and entering these ideas into the Kester develop process• Interfacing with Kester Product Management Team and R&D in US for solder materials• Training Kester local Territory Technical Support Engineers, Sales, and 3rd party sales reps about solder knowledge

• Working closely with responsible distributors and direct accounts to maintain the business and develop future material business• Working with Kester commercial management team to understand and analysis solder material market trend and set up strategy to achieve company goal• Working with Kester management team that included financial to analysis cost for the business and support of the business strategy implement• Participate customer product evaluation and troubleshooting.• Training of 3rd Party Sales Reps with basic knowledge of the Kester Solder Materials.• Interfacing with Kester Sales and R&D for Solder Materials when necessary.
