Perform Europe supports experiments with more sustainable ways in cross-border physical and digital distribution of the performing arts in the 41 Creative Europe countries with a view to designing future support schemes for the sector.

The “European Theatre Forum 2020: European Performing Arts in Focus” is an international platform for vision, discourse, exchange, networking and policymaking to strategically strengthen the structurally highly fragmented European theatre and performing arts sector.

The European Theatre Convention (ETC) is the largest European network for public theatres. ETC has 42 European Members from over 25 countries and is operated by a small international team in Berlin.In my position, I have:• developed and implemented communication strategies for internal communication with ETC Members; external communication to potential new members and theatre-makers in Europe;• created a new PR strategy to reflect ETC’s mission and gain awareness;• revamped the ETC Website together with a creative agency, where I focused on UX, tree view and zoning, SEO and content strategy;• developed and grew social media engagement by +75% (Facebook & Twitter);• oversaw ETC print and online publications;• coordinated all communication materials for the bi-annual conferences: printed programmes, conference app, participant journey, video and photo, etc.;• prepared and facilitated workshops for up to 15 participants;• offered support in grant requests and project reporting for ETC funders and stakeholders (EU Commission, ministries, foundation etc.).

- Lead a team of 4 copywriters (EN, DE, NL & FR)- Brainstormed & implemented creative concepts for newsletters & onsite campaigns- Assured a good flow between copywriting requests and the team- Assured a high quality of copy while optimising our texts for marketing purposes (SEO)- Made sure that JUNIQE's tone of voice is consistent over our domains and languages
