My role included: Daily maintenance of the Plumo e-commerce site - the brand's main revenue channel; Weekly homepage and seasonal landing-page updates including design and scheduling; Planning, design, targeting and scheduling of all branded email marketing campaigns; Ownership of the Marketing calendar and working with agencies and developers to ensure all content and strategies are pre-planned, executed and well-aligned; Daily testing and QC of the entire site and looking for ways to enhance the user-journey and update content to drive sales; E-commerce image management and re-touching; Sourcing and uploading product copy; Ensuring the site is fully optomised for search (SEO management).

As Digital Marketing Assistant, I worked with the Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager to implement the digital marketing strategy across all channels. I liaised on a daily basis with partners and agencies involved in paid search, display, affiliates and SEO to ensure all campaigns were scheduled on time and to the brand specifications. I worked closely with the marketing and press teams to brief in and collate branded digital content, including digital PR pieces. I was responsible for the email marketing activity, using the ESP (Dotmailer) to create targeted email campaigns, schedule sends, segment data and grow the database using other digital channels. I provided weekly and monthly reports to senior management using Google Analytics and the in-house reporting teams. Additionally, I assisted the e-commerce team when required to upload and update website content, and ensure all pages are fully optimised for organic search.

As the E-commerce Intern, I was responsible for processing all online orders and returns, monitoring stock levels, QC of the E-commerce website through the CMS, and working with partners to gain exposure and generate sales through affiliate sites. I also assisted on photo shoots for E-commerce photography, and implemented content stories to communicate through email and affiliate marketing, and through the online visual merchandising.

Responsibilities include: supervising the shop floor; operating the till and handling customer enquries; researching emerging trends in fashion, beauty and homeware and advising the buyer; using computer systems to download daily sales data and create reports; writing and uploading product information and content to the e-commerce site using specific programmes; maintaining the accuracy of the site and carrying out regular stock checks.

Assisted in the styling and running of West Quay, Southampton, Fashion Fix event. Responsibilities included: assisting the stylist building outfits; collecting samples from suppliers; creating and keeping product records using Excell; liaising with suppliers to organise the samples and create trusting relationships;dressing the models and assisting with the promotion and running of the live show.

Responsibilities included: general administrative tasks; replying to client queries via email; researching, writing and posting content on blogs and on social media; helping to create social media strategies and planning; organising new client relationship processes; web designing and planning; creating logos and graphics, and keyword research for SEO.
