About Josephine Morton

👋 I’m Josephine, a Product/Apparel designer with a background in technical apparel design, product development and account management. 📋 I am currently a design consultant/account manager working with some of the biggest names on the high street. I produce well-crafted and user-centred products that deliver excellent customer service whilst balancing business needs. I always strive to create a better product each season on the foundations of good research and data. I am an outgoing person so enjoy building relationships and influencing people through stakeholder management. This comes in handy for research purposes and getting to the bottom of what drives consumers and customers.❤️ My drive to move into UX has been propelled by a passion for human-centric design, prioritising empathy and emotional intelligence in the design process to create intuitive, accessible, and seamless user experiences that address real user needs and enhance engagement.📚 I’m currently building upon the fundamentals of UX learnt by completing a Professional Diploma in UX Design through personal learning with Uxcel & Growth Design, professional development events such as Natter & Ladies that UX alongside mentorship.🏃‍♀️ When I’m not working or honing my UX skills you can find me training for my first sprint triathlon, hacking restaurant meals at home or exploring the North by foot, bike and train.
