Monitor and track service utilization rates, and provide systematic feedback- Creating and implementing psychosocial and well-being projects and activities for MSF field personnel, as well as proactive communication and follow up e.g. mental health workshops on mental resilience and stress management- Providing support for psychosocial activities, initiatives, and interventions in partnership with other MSF entities in the region - Collaborations and networking with other psychosocial units in the MSF movement Show less
