Responsible for conducting incident investigations and the write-up of final finding reports. Responsible for managing the completion of various infrastructure improvement projects and local, county and state public and private improvement projects to the natural gas pipeline distribution system through direct supervision of project teams, contractors and union employees. • Responsible for accruing $145,000 in negotiated savings by working with government and private sector entities to avoid relocating natural gas pipelines.• Saved company approximately $900 in operational costs per public improvement job.• Assisted in pilot program to complete landscaping repairs to customer’s property internally that resulted in a $5,000 savings• Administered companywide infrastructure program that affected 2500 customers and was completed on time, on budget and with 100% customer satisfaction.
