I am an alumnus of the Kansas Beta chapter but, I am currently involved with the Kansas Gamma Chapter at Kansas University. My duties consist of Chapter Counselor, Technical Adviser, and active member of the alumni board.

Worked with CareManager and CarePathways IP teams. I was responsible for creating, managing and controlling project constraints to ensure projects were implemented on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

As a Technical Project Manager I was responsible for resource scheduling, project plan development and maintenance, resource negotiation, client communication, leadership of direct reports and conflict resolution.Scope of projects are from 3 months to 2 years and include:• Technical application platform migrations for Windows and Linux• Cerner application code upgrades, coordination of client testing of the release, and issue resolution for updated code• New Cerner systems deployments for Cerner Integrated Technologies such as KoFax, Imprivata, and Dragon Medical One• Operational managed services projects of remote production systems• New process development to ensure we exceed industry standards for operational management and client satisfaction• Support technical operation or application teams by growing their capabilities to organize, manage, and make decisions
