1. Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials2. Plan and direct marketing activities.3. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development 4. Provide input into the development of product strategy and research development of new and emerging products.5. Provide guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan to include personnel requirements, material needs, facility need and tooling and equipment needs.6. Ensure all established costs, quality and delivery commitments are met.7. Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.8. Responsible for overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedule.9. Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.10. Ensure that production is cost effective.11. Develop and execute the yearly manufacturing plan to deliver the business objectives (production volume, manufacturing controlled cost, quality, safety …).12. Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.13. Insure the alignment of the manufacturing organization with the company vision, purpose and priorities.14. Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals.15. Ensure continual improvement with overall quality of product.

1. Assess, plan, and coordinate student ministry programming for 7th grade through 12th grade students. 2. Recruit adult volunteers to assist in student ministry and provide training opportunities for all teachers and volunteer workers in the student program. 3. Effectively communicate program information with parents and students. 4. Develop outreach mindset and ministries to bring Christ into the lives of students outside the church. 5. Develop a written long-range plan and schedule of year-round activities, lesson plans, service opportunities and prepare an annual budget for student ministries. 6. Consult and communicate with Senior Pastor regularly and perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor. 7. Coordinate fund-raising activities that support special youth activities and yearly mission trips.
