Commissioned to facilitate strategic business planning efforts, establish business growth and funding opportunities, plan capital budgeting and forecasting, and procure investment prospects. Provided additional services including: risk managment, operating improvements, banking relations, management consulting, policies and procedures evelopment, financial accouting and reporting, financial reporting development.

Brought on board to restore operational stability, hire/train staff members, strengthen finance/accounting functions, and implement/maintain financial controls.
