It is the responsibility of the Mayor to preside over City Council meetings. Legal documents pertaining to City matters must be authorized by the Mayor as directed by the City Council. The City of Rolling Meadows has established term-limits. The limits currently are: two consecutive terms for the Mayor.

Assisted the organization with developing and managing the resources, processes and documents for several global, industry-level hotel technology projects. Spent two years Engaging and collaborating with staff and members (Industry professionals) from a variety of companies and technical backgrounds to meet competing organizational goals against predefined timelines.

Contracted to perform the lead role managing and maintaining control of Bright Future International "special projects". From concept through completion controlling overall schedules, budgets, resources, and risk issues. Tasked with providing executive leaders and Board of Directors with regular updates, identify project risks early plus subsequent contingency planning. A lasting impression from my time with Bright Future International was working with all the brilliant people that helped pull the annual Unite4humanity Gala together. We worked tirelessly albeit frenetically to produce the inaugural event.

Contracted to assist the client with relocating their company from Las Vegas, Nevada to Chicago(Bensenville),IL. Began with sourcing sufficient office space, contracting construction teams to build out the suite, from walls and low voltage to ordering office equipment - physical furniture such as desks and chairs to computers and copy machines. I established new departments, hired operational staff to fill each of the departments consisting of outside sales, inside sales, customer service, dispatch, and administrative personnel. I produced all company materials and documentation from company handbooks and policies through process maps and workflow and organization charts for each department depicting what the integrated communication looked like for task transitions and work hand off.
