Heritage Building Maintenance is a locally owned and operated building service contractor. The partners of the company have over 70 years of combined experience in the field and previously worked for other BSC's in Des Moines as competitors. Iowa-Des Moines Supply, a 75 year old company with a long track record of servicing the Des Moines area in the area of paper, packaging and restaurant supplies is moving strongly into the Janitorial Supply area with emphasis on green cleaning design and implementation.The focus will be on teaching and design with the latest technology in products and equipment to implement a green program.

In Novemeber of 2011, Joe Janitor Supply merged with Iowa-Des Moines Supply. Joe Janitor Supply will bring a new emphasis on Environmentally friendly focused cleaning products and equipment with emphasis on health and safety without sacrificing cleaning efficacy. Our focus is safe effective products that are designed when used properly to improve the cleanliness of a facility with a reduction in cleaning costs.Joe Janitor Academy will be the training and teaching arm of Iowa-Des Moines Supply. We are bringing Process Cleaning For Healthy Schools to the Iowa market, proven to successfully teach schools how to use current technology and cleaning procedures to improve health, safety and efficiency of staff to save costs and institute a nationally recognized green cleaning program to meet state legislated requirements for 2012.
