Participated in ongoing Financial Sector work around Artificial Intelligence, including the drafting of FSSCC AI white paper. Led internal team in exploration of current threats and opportunities present within Climate Risk.

Leading a Risk and Compliance team that includes Operational Risk, Vendor Risk, Crisis Analysis and Response, Controls Testing and Regulatory Response Coordination programs. Led the build out of the Operational Risk program. Led work associated with the maturation of Vendor Risk and Controls Testing programs including multiple system integrations. Built analytics program that has been leveraged to deliver analysis to Sr. Management using Tabeau.

Associate Director and manager of 10 person Risk Management team. Oversaw the implementation of SPSS Modeler and build out of risk models to support the Compliance Function and improve the methods with which we fulfill our core mission. Implemented CRISP DM process for model evaluation and improvement. Developed model performance metrics for executive management. Supervised the take on of the Retain scheduling tool and build out of customization for internal use leading to a more efficient and effective process. Spurred the advanced use and organizational take on of the data visualization tool Tableau, resulting in large efficiency savings across the department due to more effective interaction with data. Advocate for clean data throughout the organization.
