For the last two decades, I have implemented and supported the systems behind many of the IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. I've worked on Tivoli Problem Management (TPM), Clarify, HP Service Desk (HPSD), CA Service Desk Manager (CASD/CASDM), and most recently ServiceNow. I've worked alongside many process owners to improve their processes, and maximize the value they derive from their technology investment. My primary interests are Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and unconventionally, Human Resource Management, but my knowledge spans most of the ITSM functionality available in the ServiceNow platform. I'm accustomed to working remote in an Agile environment and have been highly successful in doing so.
