Foster the Future is a charity providing educational assistance to one of the most disadvantaged demographics in Australia, youth in out of home care. Named a NSW Young Australian of the Year Finalist.Built company, developed company strategy, and drove mission alongside founding team. Led a management team of 3 and a cross-functional group of 220 volunteer.• Strategy &Partnerships: Developed organization Go-To-Market approaches and strategic partnerships, lean financial management, and operations strategy for the organization. Secured key relationships with government bodies.• Business Operations: Identified and unlocked business opportunities in volunteer and student applications processing by reducing manhours by 80% through machine learning solutions sponsored by UNESCO.• Operations Management: Scaled organization to reach over 200 students weekly and over ten thousand hours of tutoring annually by focusing on standardizing redundant processes and maximizing capacity.

Technical strategy consultation for high growth software vendor customers across ANZO. Advised C-Suite on technical and business approaches to building application products.• Launch/Stakeholder Engagement: Led the Go-To-Market strategy of the Smart Territories Framework Solution across Asia Pacific by developing market positioning, partner and international team training, and initial customer proof delivery to go from zero to realizing a six-figure opportunity pipeline within a quarter.• Relationship Management: Drove adoption of AWS by key customers to realize up to 10x in revenue in a quarter and secured contracts across different software verticals by building trust with C-Suite stakeholders, including some of Australia’s largest enterprises and key ecosystem partners.• Scaling & Optimizing: Implemented and scaled internal architecture review program to improve Solution Architecture working processes to realize ~$AU 200k annually.• Presentation and communication: Presented at several tech conferences (international and domestic).

Led project teams to improve and develop strategies for key business challenges such as poor data quality and poor last mile delivery experiences using big data approaches such as distribution analysis and external data source partnerships.• Analyses/Logistics: Led the improvement of parcel tracking data ingestion through distribution analysis and predictive modelling to 3x Australian-wide tracking within 1 year. Due to the success of this program, it was replicated in UK market and received global recognition.• Metrics/KPI: Launched the data analysis program to ensure KPIs were met across two vital partnershipsprojects for the Australian site (the guaranteed delivery program and the roll out of the PUDO network).
