Managed protocol testing of child-resistant closures per CPSC regulations on poison control packaging. Scheduled outside agencies for protocol testing. Scheduled testing of products on a 2 and 5 year cycle. Built an Acccess program to store 35+ years of paper and electronic testing data and continuous monitoring of testing schedule. Provided support to Pilot Plant operation as needed for new product development.

Standardized SPC program at 5 plants, trained personnel on the use of the software and hardware, provided continuous training as individuals reached new levels of expertise in SPC. Developed measuring equipment in response to improved quality studies, organized the Metrology Lab at the Research facility.
