Engineering Technician - It Saas Support
Current- Providing top-notch customer support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new clients, including hardware configuration and software testing.
- Working closely with our engineering and technical departments to troubleshoot and resolve any connectivity or firewall issues.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive support materials and documentation to assist our clients and enhance their understanding of our SaaS solutions.
- Participating in the release of new software updates and enhancements, including prototyping and hardware testing.
- Actively seeking customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance our SaaS solutions.
