The Marketing Director is responsible for day-to-day operations of the marketing department. This includes managing employees, vendors and projects related to maximizing the flow of qualified leads to feed our leasing efforts, and to promote a positive image of the company and its properties in a range of venues.

The National Marketing Manager will develop and implement social media and website content strategies, including marketing plans that leverage marketing channels to nurture sales leads, communicate with prospects in order to generate sales, and enhance resident retention. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining online content and serves as a consultant to internal business units to help develop strategies and create a consistent brand message for all marketing activities related to our visual presence.
