As the Territory Manager of Paris Baguette Canada, I lead the strategic and operational aspects of growing and managing the bakery chain in the country. With over eight years of experience in various management roles, I have developed a strong expertise in business planning, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.In my current role, I oversee the financial, marketing, and human resources functions of opening new stores and maintaining existing ones. I ensure the profitability and efficiency of the chain by applying my skills in business administration, payroll, benefits, contracts, invoices, and budgets. I also supervise the staff, inventory, and customer service of each store, and foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence. I am passionate about creating and growing successful businesses that provide quality products and services to customers, and I strive to contribute to the mission and vision of Paris Baguette Canada.
