I performed program analysis for our rental division by collecting metrical and demographics data from syndicated databases. I compiled my research data in order to interpret trends within specific geographical regions, ultimately advising management regarding vacancy timelines. I utilized my skills in statistical research to generate trend reports for company clients, in order to provide primary and secondary courses of action. In one instance, I compiled the results of a technical engineering report with related fiscal data to develop an successful closing solution. This closing led directly to $21,000 of revenue for the firm. Additionally, I was trained in the use of industry specific statistical aggregation systems including data linked from county records and GIS mapping systems. I was mentored in loss mitigation, specifically interpretation of state and federal policy and how they affected local operation. I was a resource to my co-workers on technical research and held regular firm sponsored training to teach and improve the research ability of our employees (syndication data).

Executive management of Glendale Target. As an Executive Team Leader, my duties included technical research of metrical measurements. Using Workbench proprietary analytical support software, I reviewed store fiscal trends and computer mined data on a daily basis. I was a resource for regularly scheduled compliance reporting and led my peers in reviewing report data quality every two weeks. I generated daily reports to internal stakeholders accurately detailing store operations, fiscal position, payroll consumption and compliance exceptions. By utilizing performance report metrics, I was able to identify and promote high potential employees while holding myself and my team accountable. I personally reviewed all metrical survey results and performed trend analysis using advanced spreadsheet formula writing and pivot table analysis. Using these skills and principles, I made recommendations for new program/policy changes to address areas of opportunity. In one specific example, my interpretation of projected hourly fill analysis led to a change in front end operations scheduling guidelines that reduced company payroll expense by $11,000 in that year alone.
