• Directed the development teams of the graduate and professional schools (Law, Business, Medicine, Nursing, Basic Sciences, Divinity and the Graduate School itself).• Built and supervised a staff of 30+ FTE (including all of the schools’ associate deans and the gift officers, alumni directors and support staff members on their teams)• Played a leadership role in the university’s TBA campaign; working closely with the associate deans to plan and execute on their annual business plans, while closely monitoring performance towards goals for all of the staff members• Actively managed a portfolio of about 50 individual prospects, traveling extensively to qualify new major gift prospects and to cultivate and solicit investments of $250,000+• Formed close partnerships with deans and academic leaders to ensure progress toward campaign objectives, review prospect strategies and strengthen their commitment to the campaign
