I am a highly ambitious, energetic, curious and performance-driven advancement executive with an exceptionable work ethic. I am team-oriented, highly-collaborative and am always striving to bring 100% to all that I do. This has afforded me a privileged insight into higher-level decision making. At Linfield over the last few years, I have build a broader perspective on all aspects of the institution, from crisis management to enrollment strategies. I also have responsibility for Marketing and Communications for all of the University, which has been a great learning experience, building upon my extensive past exposure and indirect management of these important functions.I am also committed to social responsibility, advancing diversity and equality and thinking globally. My goal as a fundraiser is to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships between donors and organizations that are based on shared interests and common goals.Areas of Expertise: Offering creative, excellent advancement management/leadership abilities; building, inspiring and empowering highly-collaborative teams; forming rich and meaningful relationships with internal and external constituents, which are based on mutual respect and common interests; recruiting, training and coaching effective development professionals; designing and implementing impactful annual fund programs; planning and executing high-profile events for optimal effect; strategic program analysis, planning and evaluation.
