About Joseph Logan

Executive Coach | Transformational Growth = Conscious Simplicity | 15+ Years Coaching 250+ LeadersWorking in Partnership with Leaders Who Know Their Growth Is Their AdvantageThe Problem I SolveWhat’s usually holding you back is your possibly accurate but always incomplete view of yourself. It’s more than just mindset—it’s the story you believe about who you are and what you are capable of creating. How I HelpTogether, we will expand your awareness and remove the hidden barriers to becoming a more powerful version of yourself. Your greatest strengths can often become your most limiting kryptonite. I work with you to create clarity and insights, and that starts by honoring who you have been while celebrating who you will become. What Sets Me ApartIf frameworks, advice, and a powerful brain were all you needed to get where you are going, you’d already be there. I know—I played that way myself for many years without feeling true fulfillment. What I see is a much deeper source of clarity and possibility. And I can help you harmonize those layers to play a much bigger game. Results That MatterOver 15+ years, I’ve worked with hundreds of leaders from legendary companies and innovative startups as well as non-profits and governments. Through our work, those leaders have come to know themselves in ways they never thought possible, and they have grown to create more, connect better, and perform with presence. And it fills my heart to see them reach heights they never knew possible.Let’s ConnectIf you’re ready to rethink the way you work and be more of who you are, I would love to connect with you. Together we can move beyond superficial advice and frameworks to the deeper fundamentals of what make you uniquely powerful and influential. When you do that, you lead and create differently and often effortlessly. Feel free to reach out to me here on LinkedIn or book some time to talk. I’d love to hear about what you want to achieve and what might be holding you back.

Scaling a company throws a new kind of problem at you: breakpoints.“Growth will break your company.” That’s Tony Fadell, founder of Nest and product lead for the iPod and iPhone, in his book Build. Growth is a nice problem to have, but it’s still a problem. That’s the problem I solve with my clients. When you’re first building your company and searching for product-market fit, there aren’t many breakpoints. Scaling is different. You begin hiring and promoting managers. Culture has to be more explicit. Meetings happen more and more frequently. All your inboxes are overflowing. And your role as a founder goes from star player to head coach.I’ve seen a lot of breakpoints in my work with founders and teams at scaling companies. They usually happen at around 30 people and again at around 80. They happen shortly after funding rounds and acquisitions. And they tend to be either an opportunity to reset and thrive or cling to the old ways and struggle. I love to see founders and teams thrive. My work as a coach for scaling companies crosses everything from software to aviation, from biotech to space tech. For companies moving beyond the initial build to scaling, I work with founders to create 10X-20X returns on their investment in our relationship. And the returns go up from there.
