The day to day close outs for 625 ETTCS transport installations for the AT&T 4G/wireless fiber to the cell sites within the Kentucky & Tennessee Markets.Day to day responsibilities included a daily & multiple excel tracking of each site, multitasking in a fast paced environment, attending daily conference calls, collecting and organizing data for close out documentation, reporting daily & weekly to Senior Transport Project Managers within Nsoro & AT&T, and supervision of the daily activities of Nsoro’s contracted field construction managers.Was directly responsible for the reviewing and accepting of the photos taken by general contractors, document creation (Exhibits, Appendixes, Transport Survey(TSP), Notice to Proceed Letter(NTP)), uploading into NORAD/NSITE & Siterra, and the construction MS096 to the close-out MS160 processes directly hand in hand with the Nsoro’s client AT&T Wireless.

Evaluate and score grant proposals for the $4.7 billion Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) and joint BTOP/BIP grant proposals. The Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service (RUS) administers the $2.5 billion Broadband Initiatives Program (BIP). BTOP and BIP are both an important part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.
