I am responsible for establishing the long-term market segment, strategy, and preferred client base for the company. Additionally, I am also responsible for establishing and maintaining the day-to-day policies and procedures of the company, and for ensuring the overall success of projects. As the head of business development efforts I also lead teams to prepare and execute winning proposals and other forms of project pursuits.

Responsible for the mechanical and structural design of components and systems. Acted as the lead mechanical engineer and/or project manager on a variety of projects.Performed engineering evaluations to design pressure vessels and components per ASME Section VIII and WRC requirements. Calculations and design reports were created as well as computerized simulations when required.Performed analyses of mechanical and structural system, sub-systems, and components using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools and techniques. Typical evaluations included mechanical and thermal operational and fatigue scenarios, as well as wind and seismic simulations. Dynamic analyses were also performed to evaluate expected component performance during impact and/or drop test conditions. The results of these tests were used in conjunction with physical test data to support design and redesign efforts for various structures.Performed design work to support high pressure cleaning and decontamination efforts. Designed and analyzed various pieces of equipment for use in contaminated areas of a nuclear facility. These included hoisting and rigging items, remote manipulation aids, equipment feed throughs, modular containment tent structures, and work plans to address ALARA concerns.
