As Director of Mechanical Engineering my responsibilities include helping in the growth and development of department staff, staff project assignments, quality management review, oversight of department standards and helping guide staff in the design and completion projects. Being a Senior Associate, I also play an integral role in developing and maintaining client relationships. I also serve as the mechanical engineering lead on assigned projects.

As Assistant Director of the Mechanical Engineering Department my responsibilities included helping with staff project assignments, staff development, reviewing and updating department standards and helping guide staff in the design and completion projects. Being a Senior Associate, I also played an integral role in developing and maintaining client relationships. I also served as the mechanical engineering lead on assigned projects.

As a Senior Associate, being a leader within the firm, one of my responsibilities was to help motivate and guide the staff as we work together on projects. My primary role during this time was to act as the lead mechanical engineer on assigned projects. As mechanical design lead, I am responsible for coordinating with the building owners and/or representatives what mechanical systems are best suited for a given project based on the building type, use and budget.

As an Associate, one of my responsibilities was to assist in developing and maintaining client relationships along with helping to maintain our reputation as being one of the preeminent AE firms in Michigan. My primary role day-to-day role during this time was to act as the lead mechanical engineer on assigned projects. As mechanical design lead, I am responsible for coordinating with the building owners and/or representatives what mechanical systems are best suited for a given project based on the building type, use and budget.

As project manager, I was the main point of contact and communication with clients. Additionally, my responsibilities included dissemination of the project scope to the design team, oversight of the overall engineering design of my projects and I would act as the lead project mechanical engineer. As mechanical engineer, my responsibilities included the design and specification of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems for commercial, healthcare, industrial, educational, telecommunications, religious, and multi-tenant facilities.
