Current• Management of Cycle Count Responsibilities include: Ensuring the branches within region meets targets quarterly and annual goals, provide training and support within the region, troubleshoot any issues, and extend support where needed.• Warehouse Management responsibilities include inventory to support product lines of Avant, Cummins, Genie, Genesis, Hitachi, K-Tec, Kubota, Manitou, Noram, New Holland, SDLG, Sennebogen, Takeuchi, Toro, Volvo, and Were Brau• Managing accounts of both… Show more • Management of Cycle Count Responsibilities include: Ensuring the branches within region meets targets quarterly and annual goals, provide training and support within the region, troubleshoot any issues, and extend support where needed.• Warehouse Management responsibilities include inventory to support product lines of Avant, Cummins, Genie, Genesis, Hitachi, K-Tec, Kubota, Manitou, Noram, New Holland, SDLG, Sennebogen, Takeuchi, Toro, Volvo, and Were Brau• Managing accounts of both our various product lines and customers.• Warehouse Operations responsibilities include: Establishing, dismantle, and relocation of warehousing facilities.• Warranty Management Experience include: Organization of parts to the manufacturer’s standards while creating and retaining documentation during the warranty procedures.• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Management responsibilities include: managing the ERP/Extend user experience, providing remote support of other branches, and organizing/optimizing the data within the company’s operating systems to reflect accuracy of current inventory.• Fluent user of Volvo software including: Part Linq, Prosis, Core Management System (CMS), and Volvo MMI – software tool used in forecasting and adjustments of inventory.• Customer Support responsibilities include: Providing customer solutions and real time problem solving.• Customer Order and Returns Processor responsibilities include: Presenting materials and providing training for the various manufactures, ensuring that return deadlines goals are achieved.• Logistic Coordinator responsibilities include: maintaining communication between transportation personnel with 3PL carriers, UPS, and FLT carrier service, extending their services and training throughout the company.• Provides daily ground level IT branch support including: device setup & support, troubleshooting device malfunctions, and liaison to the IT department for handling more in-depth issues.
