My team and I handle all the surgical needs for both instruments and implants, for our orthopedic sales team. I oversee the inventory and logistic needs for 29 sales reps who cover west Texas and New Mexico. This includes analyzing asset utilization, increasing and decreasing inventory in the field based upon surgeon needs, working with other facilities.

San Antonio, Texas Area

I oversaw the depot location in San Antonio Texas. I was brought in to open and run this warehouse. I am over inventory, daily logistics, training and policy, 3PL management, and cover multiple locations when they are short handed. I have a proven track record of managing inventory and shrink, and currently track and review shrink issues across the region..

Greater Salt Lake City Area

I shared responsibility for all inventory, supply, and logistic processes coming out of our Salt Lake City depot. We ship over 3,000,000 cases each year both locally and to 4 bordering states. Processes include inventory control, shipping schedules and routes, truck management, shrink both in warehouse and trucks, order accuracy, and coordination with 3PL.
