Developer on a team that manages the account combinations feature in the card tech division. Our team is tasked with a large-scale data migration of account combination data from on-site servers to a cloud-based farm in AWS. To deliver efficient code in a timely fashion, we followed a Test Driven Development methodology within an Agile project management framework.To accomplish our data migration, I personally:• Designed and implemented Java code in IntelliJ IDEA to log account history data to a relational database located in Amazon’s cloud• Developed an AWS Lambda function to send account history records to a data lake using Apache Kafka.• Created Spring Boot application for AWS Lambda function stored in new a Github repository• Authored automated unit and acceptance tests using Mockito and Gherkin• Leveraged MySQL Workbench for creation and maintenance of account history database• Queried relational databases using MySQL statements from Spring Boot application• Used Github for source control and collaborative development with other engineers

Developer on a team responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating the iOS version of our mobile application. Personally responsible for the UI. Implemented the Model-View-Controller design pattern to meet application requirements that scale depending on phone size.
