In this role, I oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring compliance and achieving performance objectives. I collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders for effective delivery, while implementing process improvements. I also prioritize requirements, allocate recruiters, manage the internal database, uphold service-level agreements, and provide program-level reporting to senior leadership. Additionally, I support operations in managing client requisitions, organizing team meetings, generating market awareness, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. I manage a team of 3-5 recruiters, while also supporting the larger team of 30+ recruiters.
