As a Quality Assurance-Quality Controller at Gulf Food Production (RAW'A), I perform various laboratory and on-site analyses of raw ingredients, raw materials, and finished products, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the results. I also maintain all records related to the sampling process, analysis, instrument maintenance, and critical control points. With an unwavering grasp of HACCP, ISO 22000: 2018, ISO 9001, and FSSC version 6, I effortlessly apply this knowledge in practical settings and comply with the highest standards of quality and safety.I graduated from the University of Eldoret, Kenya in 2018 with a degree in Analytical Chemistry with Computing, which equipped me with the skills and knowledge to use various instruments and techniques, such as AAS, GC, HPLC, IC, Kjeldahl Apparatus, and Spectrometer, to analyze juices, dairy products, and water samples. I also gained proficiency in the use of multiparameter meters, Turbidimeters, Jartestst, and Colorimetric tests, as well as computer software and systems, such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. My analytical skills, problem-solving techniques, and creativity enable me to tackle complex problems and bring innovative solutions to the table.
