CurrentTeam Supervision: Oversee a multidisciplinary team of caseworkers, sociotherapists, and case aides, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to agency standards, ACS regulations, and HIPAA laws, safeguarding organizational integrity and client confidentiality.Recruitment and Training: Lead hiring processes, facilitate comprehensive training for new employees, and conduct insightful performance evaluations.Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain consistent and supportive communication with foster children, foster parents, birth parents, and collaborate effectively in permanency goals.Meeting Leadership: Direct various meetings and conferences, including treatment team meetings and service plan reviews, ensuring objectives are met and strategies are aligned.Program Implementation: Introduce and instruct programs, such as Parent Skills Training (PST) to foster parents, and lead cluster meetings to ensure cohesive team operations.Documentation Oversight: Review and validate reports and documentation for timeliness and accuracy, ensuring all case details are meticulously recorded and updated. This includes progress notes, FASPs, permanency hearing reports, PYA and home recertifications.Collaborative Work: Engage with external entities like ACS for consent overrides and work closely with adoption expediters to facilitate smooth adoption processes.Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts and challenges within the team and caseloads, ensuring stability and positive outcomes.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for operational enhancement and service improvement within the team and broader organization.
