My first opportunity to work in the Information Technology field began with Massive Networks as an intern. I dealt with Cisco switches and learned how to integrate carrier Ethernet into a telecommunications company. Afterwards, I began working with Mortenson as a service desk intern. This opportunity enhanced my technical skills and provided me with a chance to troubleshoot with customers directly. My current role is a Systems Analyst I. I work with Microsoft 365 applications specifically by communicating with analysts on my team and performing tier 2 troubleshooting with customers. Occasionally, I collaborate with Microsoft support to process Office 365 related incidents and requests. I also assist our ITS team with identifying and resolving problems in our production environment.
