Actively in Digital Design for over 20 years, it's been in the last 8-10 years that I've found my true calling as a UX Researcher and UI Designer.During that time, I've worked in various industries, including Financial, Government, Hospitality, Travel, and many more, with the privilege of working on numerous projects, each of which I take great pride in. In addition, I've honed a number of skills in this field. When it comes to the Discovery phase, for instance, using UX Research to connect with users directly, teasing out their pain points, and understanding their wants and needs through interviews and workshops, from there, synthesise this information into personas, themes, and opportunities to create solutions that truly address those pain points.Moving to the solution space, I use Ideation and Co-Design techniques to create Lo-Fidelity prototypes, which I then refine into detailed Hi-Fidelity designs and a Design Systems Library that's ready for handover so it can be built.
