I created and teach a self-knowledge based acting curriculum for an Introduction to Acting and Advanced Acting Workshop class offered to non-acting majors. I use a variety of acting elements, activities and exercises to bring each student to a greater understanding of themselves and the world around them. Starting with their own life story students learn how to enter and tell the story of a three dimensional character. This class is for anyone who wants to learn more about what makes them tick and also what might be preventing them from living life in a more open and fully expressed way.
