I lead professional engineering teams using emerging technologies to deliver innovative software and data analytics solutions to enable data-driven decisions across AT&T.

Responsible for leading the vision and creation of the new Workforce Analytics organization at AT&T. I am the product owner and lead of our new HR Data Hub where we are bringing data from over 90 disparate systems HR and Payroll systems into one data warehouse. I also lead a team of technologists where we automate and develop technical services and solutions that deliver human capital data to our HR and AT&T business clients. I lead and develop projects that work across teams, business units, platforms, and technologies. We are moving the company up the Workforce Analytic Continuum and I own the strategy and technologies to achieve our mission.

Responsible for the creation of the HR Data Solutions team where I led teams that developed automated and online reporting, data visualizations, and the creation of data tools which enabled AT&T senior leadership and HR Business Partners to quickly consume pertinent data and enable them to make quick strategic decisions for the business. Introduced technologies, data visualization, dynamic reporting in real time, data analytic tools, automation, and new ways to consume and deliver data.

Solution architected and designed the user experience for two external applications for our Citizenship and Sustainability organization. Owned giving reporting.

Responsible for supplier relatiionships and negotiations for vendor with over 23 contracts and $600M in annual business at AT&T. Negotiated SLAs and rates along with the management of issues in support of the client organizations.

Responsible for database management, dash boarding, metrics design, reporting, and program management of the PM Optimization team where we managed and staffed over 400 project managers.

I spent 10 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry where I have experience as an Asst GM, bartender, wait staff, chef, dishwasher, and busboy. If there was a job in the restaurant I have done it. Customer satisfaction was always the top accomplishment.
