As Operations Director for Stonemere, I am responsible for the service levels which we provide as well as the smooth running of the Service Desk and Project Delivery teams.Other responsibilities include:• Providing leadership and guidance to the Service Desk and Project Delivery teams.• Driving improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing processes and efficiency, workflow and productivity.• Overseeing service levels to ensure excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction.• Analysing key performance indicators to monitor progress and performance.• Collaborating with other Directors to form a strong management team.• Working closely with line managers to assess performance, discuss challenges and provide guidance.• Develop and implement progress plans and performance reviews for team members to support professional growth.
