About Joseph Conway, M.A.

I am currently a Program Manager I at the County of Santa Clara, where I plan, organize and direct the interpretation and application of State regulations for the CalWORKs Welfare-to-Work Program. I have over 4.5 years of experience working as an Employment Program Supervisor, where I supported and supervised the activities of a CalWORKs Case Management Team of Employment Counselors.
