Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for First Person Simulations with the Joint Multinational Simulation Center (JMSC) for Training, Exercises and Military Operations (TEMO), Science and Technology (S&T) research and study initiatives. Also serves as a key advisor, developer, integrator, authoritative consultant and troubleshooter within JMSC on the integration of commercial simulation and modeling technologies and the application of Mission Planning and Mission Rehearsal (MP/MR) software, commercial/government gaming technologies into training current and future Army training tasks. Serves as SME and synchronizes TEMO-related S&T R&D initiatives. Monitors and forecasts the impact of future innovations on Army training. Operates in the role of the JMSC Technical subject matter expert in testing, installing, configuring, and operating software and hardware for MP/MR initiatives, gaming technologies, and simulation to Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) integration in support of future required training capabilities and prototypes.

Serves as the technical expert for the Joint Multinational Simulation Center (JMSC) in professional interactions with exercise customers. Uses analytical processes to conduct planning, design, and implementation of new and improved information systems in support of activities. Coordinates and documents the development of training for communications systems, computer resource allocation and configuration, implementation schedules, end-to-end system testing methods, resources, procedures, and plans. Prepares detailed briefs and presentations to provide guidance and layouts in wargaming exercise stages from the conceptual phase to after action/recovery period.

Provided administration, maintenance, training and technical support for all Command and Control, Communication, Computer, and Intelligence (C4I) systems utilized by the Marine Corps Tactical Operations Group (MCTOG). To include local garrison and deployed garrison events; hosted on both the MCTOG campus and various locations throughout the continental United States. Provided customer support for students and faculty on C4I systems, implementation, and management. Represented MCTOG in all C2 related coordination with MARCORSYSCOM, MCTSSA, MCNOSC, and Marine Corps Program Management (PM) offices in matters regarding C4I application updates, troubleshooting, and equipment.

Responsible for all automated intelligence systems utilized within the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG). This duty encompasses the installation, maintenance, instruction, and technical support required for all intelligence systems utilized by the MCTOG staff and training audience. Accountable for providing intelligence services and software subject matter expertise to the MCTOG command. Conducted installation, maintenance, and instruction of Command and Control (C2) systems to include Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), BFT, Google Earth and peripheral applications associated with these services.
