As Project Superintendent, I have ground – up experience in both commercial and multi-family construction on projects ranging from $4 to $30M. As Project Manager for a reinforcing steel subcontractor I had multi-project responsibilities for as many as 12 concurrent projects with contract values in excess of $14 million, and the privilege to work on some large and notable projects such as the expansion of Herman Hospital, 30 story Villa d’Este Condos in Uptown Park and a $250 Million retractable roof baseball stadium, Minute Maid Park.
