Transitioned from visiting to full time professor, Department of Management and Leadership, in the Business School at Campus Estado de Mexico and Campus Santa Fe. Courses include Innovation, Markets and Technological Development; Management and Business Model Innovation; Negotiation Techniques. Co-conceived and co-lead a successful, well-received innovation week challenge/semana i reto - CDMX: Past, Present and Future (September 2017). Article on StoryTelling published in in the February 2017 edition of Edu Trends. In addition to storytelling, incorporate innovative techniques in the classroom, ranging from student co-ownership/design of the learning approaches taken as well as grading structure flexibility; incorporation of gamification; and a solid emphasis on empathetic (soft) skills, such as listening, eye contact, and presentation skills, while incorporating business simulators and other technology tools Consistently ranked among the most highly rated professors by students (e.g., top full time professor in the department, and in the top 15% campus wide, in student surveys [ECOAs]).
