CurrentJoe’s interest in photography began in 8th grade when he was gifted a Nikon FM2 by his aunt, a fully manual camera that forced him to learn the technical side of the medium. Throughout high school and college, he continued working on his photography, eventually purchasing a Toyo View 4x5 camera in his senior year and focusing on landscapes and buildings. Initially working as a high school teacher after graduating, he decided to move on from teaching and into photography full time in his mid-20s. Joe has been working as a commercial photographer since 2007 specializing in architecture and interior design. Since starting his business, he has worked with numerous architects, interior designers and construction managers in the greater Philadelphia and New York City areas, and he has traveled throughout the country for various projects.
